- Use Premiere Counseling Services. Premiere Counseling Services is an outpatient mental health facility that provides a variety of services to children, adolescents, and adults. Services are evidence-based models and include the only full protocol DBT program in the region, suicide-specific treatment through The Hope Institute, PCIT, EMDR, and Gottman Couples Therapy. We treat a wide variety of mental health issues and would love to be part of your path to wellness!
